36 Steamy Movie Scenes Where Celebs Really Did It
Pola X (1999)
Directed by: Leos Carax
When Carax took on this film they decided to use unsimulated sex to add some realism to the film. Pola X does feature at least a little body double work, but we don’t know how much was the work of stand-ins and how much involves the film’s stars, Guillaume Depardieu and Yekaterina Golubeva. This film will likely disturb some viewers as it focuses on incest between long-lost siblings and lovers Pierre and Isabelle. It’s a very loose adaption of the Herman Melville novel.
Directed by: Virginie Despentes and Coralie Trinh Thi
There are several translations for Baise-moi which include Kiss Me, F–k Me, and Rape Me. We will stick with the more ambiguous French title for the movie for that reason. It’s a rape-revenge movie which gives us the chills right from the start. The movie uses a shocking combination of unsimulated sex and graphic violence — thankfully only one of those two things is real. The movie has been available for more than 15 years and it still remains a highly controversial and original piece of filmmaking. If you decide to watch it — don’t say we didn’t warn you.
O Fantasma (2000)
Directed by: João Pedro Rodrigues
O Fantasma is a Portuguese film that translates to The Phantom. The movie focuses on Sergio (Ricardo Meneses) as he wanders around Lisbon. The film uses hunky Portuguese models to distract viewers from the story which involves the trash collector who obsesses over a motorcyclist (Andre Barbosa) and takes part in a series of homosexual encounters. It’s a highly controversial film and definitely not for everyone.
